eror code 2, 45d I need help

Hello,

I have reported this issue 4 days ago to service support. all I get is automatic response. every time. I even sent an email to them. and got the same thing. apparently they either don't know how to fix this or not care to help. so I writing here cause I have not a clue what is going on.

All I know is I was teleporting to a different location on my Main char and I get these error codes then "Unexpected error has occurred. Exiting Final Fantasy The Realm Reborn. (2)(45d).

I am stuck on a loading screen, but I have been told that they see my char in game at its location. I tried logging on different char same server. I have no problems with that. I also tried logging into different server char, again I have no problem. my only problem is on this Char.

I looked every where and I have found zero information on what these error codes are in game. the only thing I found is that some one reinstall there game and that worked. I don't see a reason for reinstalling it, when my other chars are working. sounds like a server issue. I would like the game support to help, but they are being evasive. so if anyone knows and how to solve this problem please help. thank you

That would help a lot too. just to know what it is.

day 5. and still having the same error codes. this happened last time there was a maintance patch. and last time they unstuck my char. this time I have no help. Again after the maintance patch I am stuck on loading screen.
