I have finished the "Revolution" step according to my log but I cannot advance further. I don't have any new log entry, nor can I see Alphinaud at the location he is supposed to be to issue the next step according to the patch notes for 2.3.

I checked the Adventurer's Guild, Rising Stones, as well as Mor Dhona and tried to see if there is anything I might have missed. I also contacted an in game GM but he said they cannot help.

No other player has had the same issue it seems. I also posted in the Quest forums to see if anyone had the same experience.

If someone could look into this, it would be really appreciated.
