Free Company Members Always Appear Online (In Dungeon)

I have had a reoccurring bug since patch. Some Free Company members always appear online but in a dungeon. I had one in Halatali until they logged back in and another in Syrcus Tower now.

Not sure the circumstances that cause this but maybe someone else experiencing this has some insight.
