    I think having something like this done on older content would be nice- content you'd be doing for vanity or small progression boosts to leveling alts (so not real end game content). Although I kind of want to see really old dead content allowed for solo or duo content (discounting possible npc partners). Dead content annoys me, never die .

    For current content I think you could also do a similar system but must include more frequent clearing and particular point lockouts (solidery sort of does that but doesn't include more clearings). I imagine getting an item at the end of every clear, after X clears you have X items- you can use these to buy the unlock of an item for Y points. So a clearer example, you want to buy the Rod of Phat Stacks a drop for The Coil of RNGeus- it takes 15 RNGeus tokens to unlock, a token dropped each clear. You clear the Coil 15 times and you purchase the unlock, now you can buy the item with soldiery or whatever point system SE is currently using.

    Technically you can just add another currency specifically for whichever dungeons you are talking about, but the problem with that would be you would need to make many currencies depending on the number of hard dungeons (so you can be sure people were clearing a particular content at least a few times). Also using a token system (items from inventory) mixed with the current currency would mean that whichever currency is popular will maintain so even further, which is good because SE will connect that currency to roulette and other duties keeping the game alive for all others.
