I feel like weeklies should be changed to per class this would provide players with a lot more to do end game and remove an issue with the challenge log

ST
My Blm goes into ST and gets the Allagan tomestone, well none of my other classes can make progression this week, 3 weeks if you include the farm for soldiery I will need to get my Weapon on Blm

Challenge log
Ever been in that situation where you run a dungeon on a level 50 maybe to help your FC out or a friend maybe just to do your daily and realize at the end you've completed the challenge "Clear 3 dungeons" and the 50k bonus xp you just got went no where?

I know that can be avoided if you're careful and pay close attention to the challenge log but if I am 2/3 and my FC wants me to come I'm not gonna say no so I can keep my bonus xp, so then you could say well don't care about it

But What good is it if you just choose not to care about it?

Theres likely other things I could talk about but I have to go to work now.
