As far as roles go, we have a Paladin so a Warrior would be nice but not mandatory. We have a Scholar so a White Mage for the other healer spot. We also have a Black Mage and a Dragoon or Bard atm, so two more range or a melee and a ranged. Depends on who joins the static.

Raiding availability would most likely be 2 days a week maybe 3 depends on what the group decides. Fri & Mon or a Tues & Wed. Not set in stone just throwing something out there for now.

As of right now we use PF for Syrcus Tower and have no trouble getting groups and clearing it.

We use TeamSpeak 3 for our raid chat.

Experience is one of those things that we will not get particular with. Everyone starts somewhere, some people pick it up faster than others and some don't. We will not shoot down someone who is not "experienced" and we will not turn away people who are "experienced." We are all here to help one another and to progress in this game. As long as that is being achieved then no problem. Now if someone is not showing up on specified raid days and times that were set and agreed to then changes will be made. Real life and work are the exceptions because sometimes things happen.

i already got the 110 sol weapon for pally, and both characters are building that job up. as for white mage, i have built fairly well on my main, il93. im also a 84 BLM and 90 MNK, although i am not very comfortable with monk. i can definitely roll as healer/dps, but i think tanking is what i would like to do.

also, i play my main on mon, wed, and fri- my alt on tues or thurs. im playing on my main more now to build my pally to 50

Awwww.....PST would explain it! lol! Please feel free to add us to your friends list, we are usually on Mon - Thurs. from 6 to 10 EST. Then on Fri. 6 to whenever. Sat and Sun is left up to the player, but so far, nothing is set up.

So far, we have 1 tank, 2 DPS, and 1 healer. We are itm lvl 93+ and we are looking to fill our mirrors. It sounds like you can fulfill any of the slots, but we want you to be able to play what you feel the best with; and if that's tank, then fine! Currently, we play mon - thurs from 6 to 10pm EST, Fri from 6 to whenever, and we leave the weekends to the players choice.

In terms of PF for teaching....quite frankly, I'm not too sure about that aspect, but I can tell you that PF is up and running on Lamia. Before deciding to make a switch, perhaps make a toon on our server and check out the PF to see if there are the things that you are used to on Jenova. ttyl!

when i am able to do stuff on my alt, i wont be as geared, but i should know the content by then well enough, if you still need me.

on a side note, did they really add echo to the binding coil?
