Some questions about late game from a new player

    Hey everyone!

Okay so i'll get right into It, basically I'm no newbie to the MMO I did many years of love and labour withing WoW and I came to this for a change (loving It by the way.)

What I want to know Is a couple of things:

    1) If you have multiple jobs on one character i.e Drag+Monk. If I do a raid on my dragoon, could I then switch to my monk and do the same raid? I see a lot of people with multiple jobs on their char and I've yet to see a benefit. I was thinking of maybe doing one char with melee DPS and one char with Ranged.

    2) Is there any way I can see what the endgame gear looks like? I'm torn between a monk and a dragoon right now as the next class to level, obviously aesthetics comes into it, and while I've heard monk does more dps, i'd like to know what the item sets look like.

    3) Also for those of you that play MNK and DRG, which do you find better to play endgame In terms of satisfaction?

Thanks very much for reading guys!

1- No, all the raids are shared on the character. If you raid as one job, the rest of the jobs are locked out too.

2- You can use google image search, you can also go to the Soldiery/Myth vendor and right click the gear and select 'try on' to see how it looks on your character. Keep in mind Soldiery gear useually is only half of the gear you wear, as your best in slot tends to be a mix of that and High Allegan gear. Sadly no try on system exists for HA gear.

3- Both are fun, both are good, neither will be shunned from groups. DRG have a reputation for being floor warmers but it dosent matter if your a good player. Honestly level a bit of both and see what you like! Personally i prefer my Monk to my DRG, but its just a personal preference.
