Not Receiving the gil from auction house sales

Frequency: Constantly not receiving the gil from my sales since the 7/29

World name: Goblin

Character name: Scary San

Class/Level: Black Mage Lvl 50

Party or solo: Solo

In-game time: 5:32 pm est was the first sale and each after that. This includes a 1,092,500 gil sale of a baby opo opo. All the sales show in my sales history but still not receiving anything.
