FC Rank Tell/Chat

So, with how large the FC is capable of being and that we are able to customize our own ranking system, I thought it would make things a lot easier if we had something like a chat or tell system just for individual ranks. This could also be handy if access to an Authorization like, "All Rank Chat/Tell" could be implemented with it as well, enabling leaders, as well as officers, the ability to participate and view the chats/tells from the lower ranks. For example, earlier I wanted to announce something specifically to a certain rank, but not as an FC-wide message since it had nothing to do with the most of them. Taking the time to send a Tell to them individually would have taken awhile and would have been a bit chaotic. I prefer to keep things more organized and keep the fluff out of chat that is unnecessary.

This would be also useful for bypassing the lock on Tells when someone is in a dungeon, without allowing gil sellers to spam you. Another thing that could be good to add in for this, is the ability to allow or not allow certain ranks to make use of this. For example, a leader/officer making an announcement to your default rank, but maybe you want them to only be able to see it and not respond in this chat/tell.

You could make a Linkshell, but I already have a few FC related ones and would prefer not to make a bunch, taking up space. Some people don't have room for more either. Making an announcement on a FC forum would work too, but having something within the game would be much more useful in some cases.

I would really like to see something like this added into the game in the future. :]
