I may not be learn-ed enuff. Im assuming by oceanic you mean new Zealand/Australia ish areas where the water flushes in the wrong direction? Im on a NA server but my FC seems to attract aussies and kiwis. That and most of us are night owls anyways so it works. But yea perhaps checking around on server forums if your looking for a oceanic heavy pop.
