    Are you kidding? It's not like stats matter at that level range. It could have -5 to everything and still be worth wearing.

    My concern is more with dungeons. Would you be happy to queue into a low level roulette with people who had no headgear equipped?

    Yeah. Because stats are worthless in that levelrange. You can go from 1-25 wearing just your bikini, no problem. One headpiece isn't going to change a thing.
