Shido Mercenaries Recruiting for Endgame

Hi all, we're a small but growing non-elitist endgame ps4 fc called the Shido Mercenaries (<FATE>) and we would like to expand our endgame group by a few numbers to diversify our static.

We're looking for anyone whos willing to learn and grow and can play well with others, PS4 party chat preferred, mic is a must for raiding, and we all speak only english.

Currently we're starting out in Binding Coil and working on getting all of our endgame raiders through Garuda EX, however, for anyone not there yet we are perfectly willing to help you get there.

We farm hunts for myth and soldiery till we cap and run as much as we can dungeon and trial wise in the early evening times.

Currently our priorities of what we're looking for are BRD/WHM > SMN > Melee DPS however if you're interested whichever job you are send a tell or a message to myself, Zazaan Yuyumai, or Praylor Silvervein. Prefer ilvl90+ geared for endgame, I'm sure we can be of mutual benefit to each other.

il90+? that a bit overkill, dont you think? i healed garuda ex at 78. not the best idea, because the other healer sucked, ran out of mp before we finished with the first set of adds. he kept a constant medica 2 on party, decided cure 3 was the best way to heal, and never used shroud of saints. so, i understand that you want super geared players, but for starting the coil, meaning t1, and through garuda ex, implying that the hard modes will be a possibility, il90 is supreme overkill to start with. maybe once you get to titan ex and t5 90 is a realsitic expectation.

This is true, skill trumps gear every time. I probably didn't phrase that part of the post as well as I meant to. What I basically meant was if you are 90+ awesome, but if not its no big deal. We have a few new 50 's and alot of people with no 50's. Sorry for the confusion

and im also still kind of stuck on the days when il90 gear was hard to get. untold hours spent ffarming the myth to get my gear set for WHM, only for hunts to come out and ruin it all a month later. all the time spent in CT and some in bray, just for the full 90 set, and the 2 il100 accessories. in a couple hours i got enough soldiery to get my burtgang and upgrade it for my pally that isnt near raid-ready, just for the simple fact that its so easy now.an i90 gear set isnt an indicator of time spent or any kind of skill anymore. i would have tried to join, but it seems my nes fc has finally found an interest in a static, hence why im leaving healer for tank.
