The system itself could work, if they add a lockout to the amount of seals you can get or a lockout on the sand/oil acquisition.

Totally agree this, but it is too late to fix it now, damages have been done, nowadays you can see people have full upgraded soldiery weapons and gears everywhere but most of them still can't pass the T6 or even the Twintania with 50% echo buff!!!
