I don't see Eu server is a need, I play on Excalibur from Denmark and I have not really any issue with the dodge or w/e, if I get hit it is either I don't bother to dodge or because I am slow, of course there is a 1-2 sec delay or you cant avoid the aoe after the cast bar get to 75% but you shouldn't wait until that last second. Just my unpopular opinion
