Exactly right, as much as i am anticipating new jobs and stuff, i think at this stage its clear enough they need to take their sweet time balancing out their current classes and content before they roll forward with new buggy unbalanced poorly defined party roles.

As frustrating as it is having very little content in the game, to me it's even more frustrating getting new semi-complete semi-polished and half assed content just for the sake of rushing which is the very reason i find new patches not so appealing. We just need to face the fact that the game was rushed out too soon(ironically after a long time) in a very incomplete state and needs alot of work to get it up to a good functional and enjoyable experience and then they can have full focus on expansion packs and new content, classes and what have you.
Too early at this stage, i would imagine any new class would be just as dull, mundane and unbalanced/undefined as the current classes we have because the current system dictates that. Let the overhaul take place, then worry about new content.
