    Also its crazy to think about what went through tanakas head to release the game in that state. Lol

    I do agree that the current classes need balancing first, but on the other hand, what game has balanced classes? On that note, we won't see Musketeer or Arcanist till a year or so if that's the case.

    Its impossible to perfectly balance out classes imo, there always be whiners who cry nerf and want to be able to do everything every other job can and more..The only thing the devs can do really is make informed decisions based on the feedback we give them, in all honesty though, they're not going to be able to please everyone all the time.


    I would very much like to see these new classes, but it is somewhere in the future. I dont think i'd be pushing it to say that they are saving to release these classes for the PS3 release, just to give them another point to market.

    Totally agree.. but do you think SE should release the classes that should've been in the game from the begining before adding jobs?

    They definately should have been in from the begining, its just cruel to tease us gamers with those guilds in the game currently xD

    My theory is that the game was infact rush released before those classes were fully ready to be added to the game, but they had already added the respective guilds.

    Erm, you do know the devs (including Tanaka) have no choice in when the game is released, right?
    That's all upper management. They give the devs a deadline on when it needs to be released and even if it's not entirely finished, they need to try and make it as acceptable as possible. (Which didn't work for FFXIV)

    Not like it's anything new for SE, they even did that for FFVII and the devs had to cut quite a lot out including a side-quest to revive Aeris (They even forgot to remove her unique text that she says if she's in the party after the point where she dies lol)

    But on topic. I can't see it happening for a long time, as much as I'd like it to happen.
    One thing that's gotten my hopes up for it to be soon though, was Yoshi-P saying "saving implementation of all classes until 1.20"
    I really hope he's on about these, but he probably isn't.
