Yes and no. You want it such that the roulette only attracts those that are able to clear these/ can pull their own weight. If the rewards are too good, it will attract those that can't clear to push for it.

A sensible approach is to give no rewards whatsoever, but a unique title after x number of clears. Mirroring savage coil.
