I typically only queue solo for Frontlines, and Twin Adders are terrible. 45% of the time we finish in 3rd. I just don't get how the whole Grand Company in every server is terrible. Is there something I'm missing?

I'm on Excalibur, Primal data center, and here the Adders kick a$$ O_o It seems they share the first/second spot with Maelstrom, leaving Flames almost always third. From what I saw (I'm originally from Adders but trying to get max rank and all minions from all GC's and atm in Maelstrom), Malestrom and Adders tend to organize and actually follow orders, may they make sense or not, while Flames just roam around aimless, easy bait and without even regrouping.
i played frontlines in the flames, and you just about summed up my experience. i dont remember anything except, "im at (random place on map)", "im going (questionable location already dominated by large group of opposing players)". there was no real order and it was pure confusion for the flames. we finished last.I'm on Excalibur, Primal data center, and here the Adders kick a$$ O_o It seems they share the first/second spot with Maelstrom, leaving Flames almost always third. I'm on Excalibur also and I couldn't agree more. Last night we won 5x in a row and got 2nd to Maelstroms 1st place a few times. Came in 3rd once when Flames got 1st... So I'm guessing that was a glitch in the system.I'm on Excalibur, Primal data center, and here the Adders kick a$$ O_o It seems they share the first/second spot with Maelstrom, leaving Flames almost always third. Im on the Aether data center and all I can say is that the bonus exp you get from the challenge log if your GC wins 3 times shouldn't take 4 days to achieve playing 8h a day.
Edit: Being a Rank 40, Twin Adder before frontlines I decided to switch GCs for the topics reason and the ppl I play with are all on Flames.
Edit 2: You know, engrish...

Yeah I'm on the same Data Center as you. Its pretty damn bad.....Started yet another game 10 people down. How are we expected to win when people are allowed to hit withdraw and not get a penalty for it???
Big weakness in a lot of random queue groups is that after they lose a flag, everybody does whatever they want and doesn't read chat or follow orders (if they did to begin with). That's not Adders/whatever sucking. That's people sucking.
Also pug B is almost always terrible.
XI: Zeroblade, Titan Server
I dunno I doubt half the groups I have, either Storm or Flames have premade groups ><Big weakness in a lot of random queue groups is that after they lose a flag, everybody does whatever they want and doesn't read chat or follow orders (if they did to begin with). It's not impossible to beat a premade, even a good premade. But people have to stop rushing in or thinking "we have to DO SOMETHING". You don't. If they have 2 parties on a flag, one of two things is happening
A) One of the 2 is B and they will have to go to mid eventually.
B) They are over-committing and this means their other bases are lightly defended.
This game isn't about big battles. It's about applying and relieving pressure. If Maelstrom has 2 parties at Manors while Adders is getting stomped, Adders needs to take the Storm outpost. If Maelstrom and Flames both have 2 parties at Serpent Outpost and won't leave, Adders needs to go take some of the other 4-5 flags.
What happens in 90% of pugs is "DERE AT OUR OUTPOST WE GOTTA TAKE IT BACK" and you just give them free kills and waste time for 10 minutes.

It's for the same reason people have generally always been bad at CTF in Halo as the poster above mine basically points out.
