Get rid of partial credit and the hunts are fixed.

Get rid of partial and people will tag and run off waiting for someone else to kill it.
Who wants to put in the effort when it means someone that's just standing close by will get the credit?

Just make it so you have to be within certain close distance to get credit...problem solved...
