Lost Mail - Recruit a Friend Rewards

Steps:
1. Logged into the game with full mail.
2. Tried to receive the Recruit a Friend rewards via mail, only had room for one of the two reward mails.
3. The mail with the mount reward bounced and I get the error message "Your mailbox is full. 1 letter was returned to sender."
4. I cleared out my mailbox.
5. I continue to receive this error message every time I check my mail upon logging in.

This issue happened to a friend of mine also. I hope it can get resolved fast because that stinks

Please delete this, I'm stupid and wasn't aware the promotional mail cap was separate from the normal mail cap and once I deleted all my old promotional mail and relogged, I received my mount. Sorry
