    Greetings Hyouri,

    We have investigated your concern and determined that there are no issues with the Duty Finder at this time. During our investigation, it was determined that your long queue times are due to you only having the French language selected; therefore, you were only being matched up against other players with the same Language Settings in the Duty Finder window. In this case, selecting more languages will greatly decrease the time spent in the queue.

    You can change your language settings next time you play by doing the following:

    Duty Menu -> Duty Finder -> Language -> Language Selection
