Honestly, you'd be better off just purchasing Crysta in your case. No creditcard required, just a bank account these days. And it can all be done from behind your computer. It's pretty nifty.
I was against the system at first, but since you can input exact numbers of crysta there's no real drawback to it anymore.
If it's an EU account wouldn't it be best to get an EU card? I don't know if this is even region locked to be honest. It may not be though as it's possible to use a Japanese code in order to obtain an item.
Question, why do you have an NA version of the game? And how have you been paying prior to this thread being made?
