Hunt Redesign and Tracking system proposal

I really really dislike the idea of hunts being limited to the group that finds it; think I've heard that that was how it worked in FFXI and there were problems with people camping and locking everyone else out.

With this proposed change, multiple parties would be tracking SEPARATE VERSIONS of the monster. Just like how treasure hunts work.
