The recruit a friend campaign is insulting

Hello, i am a fan of final fantasy xiv and have been a player from the release of the original FFXIV (2010) right up till present time and am still a paying sub to your mmo, i have introduced about 5-6 players who have subed for well over 90 days i find it insulting that i am not given the mount unless i find another person to invite which is going to be hard for me as the friends i have already play the game or have moved on to another mmo and i don't have anyone else who would be interested. so basically people in my position will have to buy a new account link it with the offer at hand and pay for a 90 day sub to a account i don't want or need, i find this underhanded and insulting, and i know i am not the only person who feels this way.

I totally agree, i have previously invited friends to join the game who have subbed for more the ninety days and still sub to the game to this day, i want to be able to ride with my friends, and think the limitation of the invite a friend campaign is horrible.
Let us all have a double rider mount we all deserve to enjoy the same features for subbing monthly, if they want to add these <in my opinion> cash shop like features then make the game free to play and i will buy the mounts, but while we all pay our monthly subs we all deserve access to these features, i am aware that ffxi had an invite a friend campaign but there is a difference between giving away an exp bonus hat and a mount that has a feature many people will be unable to now use.
Please sqaure enix i love the game and i want to enjoy all its features as a paying customer!

First of all - this has nothing to do with this forum (it's for Website Feedback & Suggestions), secondly - you don't need to post the same ramble accross multiply forums. To your actual point - where in the business world (SE runs the business here) are offers applied retrospectivelly? Nowhere (exluding N-days "price guaranties and such) so I'm sorry to say so but you're barking at the wrong tree here ...

Here's a conversation I recently had with a friend...

Me: Hey, I heard you might try FFXIV. If you do, let me know. I could get a cool two person mount if you sign up using the code I give you.
Him: Oh, wow. Would I get the mount too?
Me: No, you'd get a circlet that gives you an exp bonus as you're leveling.
Him: That's lame. I wanted the mount.

I'm sure this conversation isn't uncommon. >_>;;
