Does it work on people who already have an account but simply stopped playing for a while?(aka inactive account)
I really want that chocobo badly lol. But I don't know any rl friend who would want to pay for 90 days for this game.

Edit: An account is eligible to add a recruitment code until their first billed month of gametime. You shorten that by adding game time cards.
