I think a lot of people are misunderstanding the reward system for friend recruitments... You can have 50 codes used by people who subscribe for one month and it won't earn you as good a reward as one person subscribing for 3 months.

The rewards are not cumulative. They're strictly a case of the single longest subscription you referred earns you your rewards.

The only reason to get more than one friend recruited (aside from helping them get their recruited bonus items) is to have a greater chance that one of the people you recruit will stick around for the long haul.

Good luck getting long subscriptions guys! Interact with your recruitees to make them feel welcome in the game and have fun, maybe they'll stick around then!

Some of the rewards (the ones based on subscription length) are for only the first referred friend to reach a given subscription length, but the gold chocobo feathers are cumulative for up to 5 friends.
