The person who provided the code you used will get a couple of things depending on how long you subscribe for: a hat like yours (if I remember correctly) if you subscribe for 1 paid month and a 2 rider chocobo if you subscribe for ... My mind's blanking here, maybe 60 days, maybe 90 days, I'm not sure.

Essentially everyone should be trying to get someone to join up for over a month in order to get the big bird, yourself included, but the friendship circlet feathered headband is best for newer and lower leveled players.
