Friend Recruitment Code?

Hi everyone
I don't understand one thing: it says on the mog station page that we will receive a reward only the 1st time we invite someone.

I don't see this anywhere on the Mog Station page. The only thing similar is it saying things like "You can only receive the items once".

Bonus items can only be redeemed once per character. (Inviting multiple friends will not grant additional bonus items.)

What this means is that let's say friend one subs for 30 days and you receive the friendship circlet, when friend 2 subscribes for 30 days, you won't receive an additional one. However, if friend 2 subscribes for 90 days, you'll still receive the mount.
