question about this:

Items labeled as "NEW!" will be awarded only for players who log in for the first time after FINAL FANTASY XIV: Heavensward Early Access. 'Invitees who have already received a friendship circlet will be sent "Ballroom Etiquette - Improper Greetings" at later date.
