The problem with that is because of how the glamour system is set up. The appearance of one item in one slot of armor is overridden with the appearance of another item. This is why Cowls and "Tin Can" armor aren't used in glamours often at all. Because along with taking on the appearance of that item, it also takes on all of that item's gear restrictions. If you glamour the appearance of Herklaedi onto something, then suddenly, you can't equip gear to hands, legs, or feet, even if the base gear could otherwise let you. That's largely why I came up with this idea, as a method to both be able to split up the Herklaedi as well as tell the story behind its wearer.

How did you glamour the armor onto something in the first place? In my experience if an item takes up more than one slot (any cowl) you can't even glamour it onto other items.

I didn't, actually. I just have it equipped for Atma grinding because I can. But would I love to actually glamour it onto my real gear? Absolutely.

Sorry to disappoint you. Though I really hope that this idea is brought to the attention of the devs!

TBH, Herklaedi should have been 4 pieces from the beginning. Or broken into 4 pieces when they made their Glamour system. Really, though, they should have just made a better vanity system. The above limitations you've mentioned are absolute proof (but not the *only* proof) of how bad their vanity system is.
