    Friend has been trying to make a character on our server for days.

    I'm curious as how to get around this. You seriously can't create a new character unless it's early morning. Do these restrictions apply to people who already have characters on this server? If so theoretically when I wake up I could log in for them and create a filler character.

    Any other way to bypass this? Very frustrating has been this way since sunday.

    SE updates the availabilty periodically. 4AM PDT should be a safe time to create new characters on Balmung.
