Sequen Evening Gown.
Think of the sparkle. Think of the GLAMOUR. A glitzy red-carpet-ready dress would change Eorzea.

Add FFXI NM/HNM system. Toss hunts away. Fk it! Bring on the competition baby!
Add guns and blue magic.
I doubt any of this will ever happen, but:
- Open world mini dungeons/caves/whatever.
- A return to strong natural aesthetic. Flashy stuff only on occasion to make it more prominent and refined.
- Quests deviating from the typical goals.
- Belts, because after a year of seeing what they've come up with, it wasn't worth the tradeoff.
Re-work Tier 3 LB into a group effort to execute. Every 2.5 seconds an individual player must throw their LB into the mix building up the attack and unleashing an effect based on the last person to add to the chain. It should be a 20 second process to complete or have dimished effect for every second it did not take to complete. None of the LB actions will have an animation lock (but will use GCD).
Remove auto-attack (seriously it does nothing to gameplay) and add in some single target skill shot based attacks.
Add the following stats:
- Movement speed (melee only)
- Luck (alters drop rates for items (i.e. atma's/minions/crafting mats)
- on attack hit procs (nothing drastic)
- increased range (range only)
Create a melee healing class (because beating someone with a stick to get them back up is the only way it should be done!).
Create a ranged tank and or kite tank.
Finish the alliance system!!!
Give summons actually attacks they use in instances. I want to stomp or Mountain Buster someone
Give summons their true appearance. No Egi's
Fix the very bad clipping. Somethings are acceptable but not all.
A dangerous world. True level 50 monster roaming around that have a massive aggro area.
More vanity. one patch they should introduce more then 4 sets of new vanity.
More fights like Titan extreme/hard mode that would make people give up hope![]()

I'd introduce more classes/jobs at a time than it seems SE is doing. Specifically, I'd introduce a tank, healer, and a DPS role at the same time to (hopefully) maintain a balance of the roles being played. Once Rogue/Ninja comes out, everyone and their dog will be leveling Rogue (this is assuming musketeer isn't coming out at the same time).
That said, we'd probably get Rogue/Ninja later that way since balancing them takes a lot of effort.
Also, I'd have Red Mage and Dancer in the works to be implemented at some point in the expansion. They would be great additions to the jobs in the game. Please SE? :3
For the first: Who knows, maybe the egi's will get some of those moves in the future as the level cap gets increased.
And the second... While I think it would be really cool to have the summons have the appearance of the primals they're based on... Having Titan, Ifrit, Garuda, or any other summon (even if it's not full size) following you around wouldn't make much sense given the lore of the game.

And that;s it
- Reintroduce the element wheel and gave all classes elemental attacks. However the attacks would only be resisted and not boosted by affinity
- Add Mimics from FFXII as rare bosses that also drop themselevs as minions/mounts (They are not hunt marks but they can be found randomly during fates, leves and dungeons. The Clockwork Bug is also included outside T3)
- Allows abilities icons to be used fr macro icons without the cooldown/mp costs applied (in cases here the ability itself isn't in the macro)
- Boost Atma drop rate
- make hunts unresettable
