    Apply to Square Enix as a developer, provide my resume in the industry, and hopefully snag an interview.

    I would then probably have to go through a few rounds of interviews against other programmers, but eventually, if I plead my case well enough, I land the job. I would then proceed to change whatever the Producer and QA told me to change, because I'm a programmer.

    That's how I would improve the game in Real Life.

    Well they would be the ones providing the money to put bread on the table, so be it. I wonder what their 401k plan is...
