    Letter to Raiders Regarding Hunts

So, I'm sitting at 2.5k allied seals and looking at the hunt exchange guy. Instinct tells me to grab 9 blood splattered logs and make them into 3 sands of time and become full ilvl110. But, something crossed my mind.

You see, Square Enix (no offense intended) do things rather predictably and likes to cater to old fans. With patch 2.4 coming next, what can we guess would be in there (that isn't already announced)? Well, 3rd Coil of Bahamut with ilvl130 gear, allagan tomestone of something that can be exchanged for ilvl120 gear with a weekly cap, soldiery stuff becomes an unlimited farm and mythology stuff is placed into 3 new ilvl80 dungeons, etc. But most importantly, 2nd coil of bahamut becomes free farm! You do know where I'm going with this right?

T9 becomes repeatable! It contains one sands of time and one oil of time at 100% drop rate. Which means if your static can consistantly clear T9, you can average a sands of time and an oil of time every 2 hours. Not to mention your retainers will be holding high allagan gears. Compared to the hunts, you can get a sands of time in 3 hours, if you maxed contribution at every hunt mob that appeared at that time period (yeah right).

So, unless you have a mild mental disorder, stop hating the hunts and/ or "hunters" and wait it out. Just do the hunts that literally popped into your lap (e.g. Nandi spawned announced of FC immediately after T9 exit clear) and laugh at those that spent time grabbing sands of time through hunts.

<Note: Do give credit to those who are with their group struggling to clear T? and thinking that maybe if I have ilvl110, I can carry the group! Sometimes, changing group members is not an option.>

    Anyway, hello succubus.
