you guys with the new tank posts, id say cleric is the one. healing powers better than pali with less att and equal defense. morningstar, mace, warhammer as main hand, shield as off hand. more cover like abilities and maybe one or two good heals. you could even give it just a single combo to give more room for healing. just my 2 cents

What would PLD get then with future level cap increases? We should assume the max level will eventually be increased to 99 or 100 as is standard with FF's. That's a ton of abilities. Even just raising it to 60 would give PLD 2 job abilities, 1-2 class abilities and 1-2 traits.

All they really need to do is give PLD more base MND or give a toggle like Cleric Stance that swaps out one stat for MND and/or healing magic potency. It's much easier to balance an existing job to make it's use of Cure worth a darn than to create an entirely new one.

oh i was just saying cause of some of the other suggestions, a few topics up.... seen one for a dance tank that evades and a guy with just a shield. and as far as tanks new powers... idk this is my first mmo, just know a shield guy and dance instructor arent great ideas and wanted to make sure there was at least a decent one up
