Im unable to register to the Sargatanas server, wasted my entire first month trying.

I really wanted to play this game, My girlfriend and my friends are playing right now on Sargatanas. i purchased it and tried almost everyday to register a character. By accident i registered a character on other server, thinking i was registering on sargatanas.

almost my entire month i tried and tried to access to the sargatanas server with no luck. Today, after like 2 weeks my account expired, i saw sargatanas as avaible to register new characters. as yesterday i was speaking with my girlfriend about this game and how awesome it is, i decided to try again. of course i cant register a character without paying first, so i renewed my subscription i wait for the updates and everything and then... I cant register!

Angry, i decided to go to the support area on SE. After speaking with Jordan R. (Who seems to be more like a Robot, more than a human..) all the sir was telling me was that the list REGISTERED on the Final Fantasy XIV, a Realm Reborn website is NOT RELIABLE (then, why publish it? and why Maintain it?). The moment when i just exploded was when i wrote the word "refund" and press enter.

0.5 seconds later i get a copy/paste 4 paragraphs about how Final Fantasy XIV a REALM REBORN doesnt do refunds of any type. The worst part was that everytime i told him that was a mean way to attend someone, all he wrote was "There's anything else i can assist you?"

Seriously, im done. I will keep asking for a refund, i was happy before just by getting able to register to the server, but after this guy, who just treated me like my money doesnt have any value... Im done. You know what, i would just be happy just to know when Sargatanas is avaible to register new characters. As i already wasted my first month trying to access, and purchased a second month after being fooled by a list that has no value whatsoever...

But right now, i just want a refund and never purchasing a SQUARE ENIX product again. thank you.

If you want to register on Sargatanas, try at different times of the day.
The list is just showing a snapshot of the current status every 6 hours or so. It's not a realtime status list.

Try in the morning before work/school/whatever instead of in the evening when "everyone" is online.

You can keep asking for a refund, but don't expect that you will get one.
You could try a credit card chargeback, but that will block you from ever using that card on SE services again if you would change your mind in the future.

If your girlfriend is willing to switch server, that's another option open to you and her. Other than that, I can only say keep trying.
Sargatanas just happens to be one of the most popular worlds to play on, which also means it's going to be difficult to get on that world as well.

Not going to defend the support person you talked to as he could have been friendlier about it.

Best bet. Try right after a routine maintenance. That seems to work really well.

Thanks nekodar, but is not only my girlfriend but all my friends (about 9 friends play there, they already have guild, high level characters...) they already have suggested creating a new character on another server, but, considering having characters on other servers cost extra, i dont want to make them waste money... And thats not the point i guess =/. Also, i´m not looking for register anyway, as i said, the way Square Enix treated me is abusive. Im still trying to contact SE with no success.

All I can say is just keep trying early morning before work. The more populated servers are harder to get on, sorry you're having such bad luck. Maybe your friends can all switch to your server instead, you could run that by them. Don't let your experience with one cs rep color your view of the whole company though. Some are friendlier than others, some are more helpful than others, but it's likely that particular rep might not even be there in a few months time anyway. You just got a bad one is all.

While waiting for SE to reply my refund application, im checking literally every 30 minutes to see if sargatanas is open... That server is never open right >>?

You're not the only one trying to get on there...

Regarding characters on multiple worlds.

Entry subscription allows up to 8 characters as long as you only have one character on a single world as far as I know.
The more expensive subscription allows more characters per world.
