Question about buying house land

Hi friends,

I just wanna enquiry about buying a houses land , is that a must to buy a houses under a FC ?? or can i buy it with my personal ? currenyly im not joining any FC can i buy a house in mists by myself ??

At the moment, only someone who is a member of a Free Company can purchase land in a residential area, and then only if firstly that Free Company has reached the required Company rank to buy land (Rank 6), and secondly, that person is allowed to do so (by default, the FC owner can buy land, but that person can also set other members to do so as well).

Personal housing is planned for the future, but at the moment, only a FC can buy land and build a house I'm sorry to say.

it requires a rank 6 guild and you can buy a plot of land as single person, just be the master of your own rank 6 guild

Psssh, there is nothing available right now. Well, not in Hyperion anyways...
I checked all 3 residential districts, everything's taken, even the big ass manors. There's probably one or two here and there, but nothing cheap to start up.
I guess it took me too long to become a gillionaire lol
To wait until new plots or personal housing becomes available. Not worth it really if the only perk is chocbo training...

Yeah, sadly on most servers land has been snapped up quickly. SE added a sixth ward in the recent 2.3 patch, but that didn't really help (as those blocks were purchased fast - my FC was lucky to get one ourselves). SE will probably introduce more wards (land areas) in the future though so don't despair!

Meh, in the future everybody will get personal housing, so an FC house won't be appealing anymore. Not that i'm concerned about it, our fc is only 7 members and none really cares or is desperate to get a house, but it seems that your FC cant grow if it has no house (recruiting wise)

I'm just quit my old FC thinking to create my own fc but im unable to check what is rank - rank 6 and how to achieve it , is that anyone know any website will show this rank 1 - rank 8 achievement ? thanks

Funny you say this cause my FC likes having a shared house now that we have private rooms and the only (very enticing) perk I see for the personal houses is more garden plots =P

Yeah, actually i would rather have a FC house with private rooms (as it is right now) even though i still think it's pretty useless, than a personal house. If they go through with the personal hosuing idea, where on earth are they gonna put them?! Are they really gonna add like 2 million plots per world, assuming everybody or most will want one?
But anyways, whenever or if I get a house with private room I'm putting up a PF invitation to girls only to come join a party in my room xD
Meh, chocobo training is nice too i guess, i can take him to heal me when soloing fates...oh, they do that already too lol
