I worked on my video for a week and I just realized I entered mine in NA and I'm EU But when I click on my character it says Excalibur NA so im so confused

It was never explicitly stated that this competition would be judged based on Server worlds, only that if the service account was registered under PAL, that you must enter the EU region contest.

The Contest is only open to existing holders of an active FINAL FANTASY XIV service account (“Service Account”) from 30 July 2014 to 12 August 2014 who are resident in a PAL Territory Country* (“Contestants”).

I am quite frustrated with the fact that this contest appears to have been judged based on server worlds when it was clearly stated to be open to PAL service accounts. How is this fair to any PAL service holders who play on a US server?

Furthermore, clarification was requested by multiple users from both discussion threads during the competition period with no response from officials. I am very disappointed with the community team as my group worked very hard on our entry only to find it was likely disqualified due to the above miscommunications.

I'm also displeased with the fact that nothing was clarified. I don't see how its fair that those videos will now be tossed aside when people worked extra hard on them all for not.

Where does it say it was judged by world? I assumed they sorted the winners into worlds so that it was easier to see who won (and incase of people having the same name from different worlds?) I'm listed as a winner for EU but play on a NA server (Midgardsormr)

I do need clarification STILL on what happens to my entry. I am listed as a winner for EU but my FC are made up of NA members. They were not named in the NA winners thread so how do I know if theyve won or not? I've already got the choker from another contest so not realy interested in itunless it goes to an alt character from my account?
