what happened to 24 man preformed alliances?

what happened to 24 man preformed alliances? they did say on more than one occasion it was planned

if this has been answered I appologize, I looked and could not find it
if it has can someone please point me to the answer?

Last time it was mentioned was during E3 I believe or it may have been the LIVE Letter right before 2.28. Yoshi told everyone that the work on Frontlines caused this to be delayed from the intended 2.3 release (Duty Finder lead probably bogged down). Nothing has been officially said but I can assume we'll see it with 2.35 if not 2.38.

I want to say that I read that they were still planning on having it but had to push it off to a later update since they were having issues with it while implementing it into frontlines? So they botched it all together for frontlines along with CT and ST until the fix the issues I believe.

Might try getting 3 groups of 8 and queuing at the same time? Seemed to work well on 4v4 pvp when we wanted to battle eachother

with the raise in myth tomes I find it pretty fast to get into CT during Euro peak times on Cerberus. so I wouldnt say everyone abandoned CT
