FanFest Scheduling - please throw us a bone here

I booked my hotel the day FanFest was announced.

I got my tickets.

I can't book my flight.

Why? Because I'm on the east coast and the pricing varies wildly depending on when you go and what carrier you use.

Originally FanFest was supposed to be a 2-day event. Now the page says 17th, 18th, and 19th. There's a post on the Lodestone that says the 17th is Registration Day.

How long does that last? What if we come in late on the 17th? Can we do "registration" the morning of the 18th? Will we miss anything if we do so?

I know you guys don't have the events "firm" yet most likely, but we're less than 90 days from the event and I'd really like to at least know when I have to book my flight.

Based on what the tickets say, I believe it will be 6PM to midnight on all 3 nights. As for registering late, dunno.

im smart. i have my hotel for one day before, and one day after. i also have my flight landing there the 2 am on the 17th, meaning that if i get there earlier than expected, i have a place to stay. if i show up a little late, i still have a room, and several hours to sleep. i booked my hotel rooms as soon as i learned the dates for the event were set, so it was pretty cheap.
