Same old!

I quit playing over a year ago & decided to come back this week to give it another try.

Reason why i quit was because of disconnections & major spikes (& it wasn't just myself as the forums were spammed with people with same problem!) so i decided to quit.

So, i came back on the free weekend & all was good, no disconnections or spikes etc, so after the free weekend period finished i paid subs to continue playing. BIG mistake!

As soon i paid my subs same old, with discons & lag.

Very poor SE, so yet again I've cancelled my subs after just a few days lol! ..Except this time what makes it worse is during the free weekend the servers seemed great with no problems (seperate servers maybe to lead people to think that the problems are sorted!) then as soon people pay the subs, BOOM! theyre thrown back onto the gimpy servers!! lol.

the only times ive ever had a dc was when my modem was messing, and i DC'd 4-6 times a day, but it wasnt SE's fault. as for lag, i had lag because i was using a wireless router as well. once i connected it to my ps4 via cable, the lag disappeared.

essentially, the dc/lag problem you have is not always SE's fault. and maybe there was maintenance, maybe your internet just sucks.

Why is when someone decides to leave they feel the need to come here to announce it? Who cares. Don't go away mad, just go away. Oh, and its your internet that sucks. lol!!

I have only had one disconnect since I bought the game in April. lol!!!!

all three of us have come to the same conclusion, that our experiences are very different from the one you had. all three of us are on different worlds, probably on different platform as well. i play ps4, and i still havent have a connection issue while my modem was working. there has only been one instance where the server for jenova crashed and was offline for 10 minutes tops.

Mad... over an online Game? ...I think you need to get out more... lol!!!

But i am a little frustrated that i just wasted £9 renewing which could have been put to my account on EvE online as the devs for that game actually know what they are doing & know how to run & maintain servers for online gaming, unlike SE who don't even have any servers for FFXIV in the EU! lolz.

You are absolutely right, SE tricked you by putting you on a very special server so very special players like yourself will have no DC's. Diabolical!

No really. I play on PS3, wirelessly, and had one 90k in maybe the past 3 months. But your conspiracy is totally legit.

I hate friends, they always want something from you. Since the lol thing blew right over your head, the lol was from you. People who feel the need to add lol onto their sentences, I just can't take seriously.
