    the main tank will never get chaotic strike, sounds like a bug to me.

    edit: after reading other posts, it might be working as intended but i have never ever get chaotic while main tanking. The only time you'll want to collect orbs while tanking is to overcharge, so i guess the proximity condition might be triggered in this case.
