In all honesty, they should add:
1) R15 Dungeon in Limsa Lominsa, very very basic stuff, with a time limit of 35 minutes. This one just need like 20 normal mobs in 5 rooms, and two bosses in the next two rooms. Then link it to the now-r18 "Fade to White" Story Quest, and three NPCs standing in front of that dungeons, each will give you a quest to talk to the NPC in each Grand Company Hall.
2) R35 Dungeon in Ul'dah, somewhere deep in Nanawa Mines. A bit more complex than the Thousand Maw of Toto-Rak, with a bit of story involves the Imperial Agents invading Nanawa Mines in search of - you know - whatchamacallitancientartifact, releasing the monsters around Nanawa Mines as a result (How else do you explain the current Nanawa Mines being overrun by mobs?). In order to enter, you need to complete Toto-Rak
3) R50 Dungeon in Mor Dhona, close to Camp Brittlebark, only accessible after *gasp* Ifrit fight!
