    I believe, if you are referring to just Dancer and not the entire class and jobs, you mean Last Waltz's potency, Mystic Waltz's MP recovery amount, and maybe Resplendence's curing potency and Moonlit Waltz being a Stone II that can be used in battle. I can see that and I'll correct them.

    Performer
    - Routines now lowers the user's Physical Attack by 20%, instead of 10%.
    - Witch Hunt lowers the user's Healing Potency by 10%.
    - Captivating Waltz now only effects party members within 10 yalms of the user, instead of 15 yalms.
    - Carnival Waltz now only effects party members within 10 yalms of the user, instead of 15 yalms, and now has a Healing potency of 100.
    - Chocobo Jig only effects party members within 10 yalms, instead of 15 yalms.
    - Heavenly Flourish now restores only 50 TP.

    Dancer
    - Moonlight Waltz's barriers no only absorb damage equal to 10% of their target's Maximum HP.
    - Last Waltz now only effects party members within 5 yalms of the user, versus 10 yalms, and its Healing Potency now only 60 per Flourish stack used, versus 70.
    - Mystic Waltz now only restores 2% of a target's MP per Flourish stack used, versus 10%.
    - Resplendence's potency is now 100, versus 220.

    Idol
    -Forbidden Dance's Dirty Dancing effect only lasts for 15 seconds, versus 20.
    - Grand Jeté's recast is now 10 seconds, versus 2.5.
    - Sensual Dance now a target's Damage Resistance by 5%, versus 10%, and lowers the user's Physical Attack by an additional 10%, versus 20%, and Healing Potency by 10%.
    - Reverse Jive now only restores 50 TP per Flourish stack used, versus 100 TP.

    I just get annoyed when people post ideas about that they would like to see implemented, yet they obviously never thought about balance at all. Also I main Healing, so when I see something like this (if this was implemented there would be little reason to use SCH, and no reason to use WHM), a barely any "Cooldowns", no cast-time, TP-based Healer that can do basically everything the other two healers can do, (plus more. And switching between DNC and IDL would have no downside, since they are both Healers with OP abilities) can DPS well, heals groups and solo well (cure is core cross skill since it uses MP) and restore whatever you need, it just got to me.

    Sorry, I should have been nicer but I get annoyed with stuff like this.

    I tried to keep the class and jobs as balanced as I could, referring to both healers and one-or-two DPS when coming up for skill Potency and cooldowns. I can see how the lower cooldown times with no cast time can be broken. My process at the time (which was four months ago) was that the player would be doing DPS and need to be able to heal on the drop of a hat. I will fix these and try to re-balance the skills some more.

    - Routines now continuously drain the user's MP when used.
    - Re-tuned all the probabilities of gaining a Flourish stack from skills.
    - Curing Waltz now has recast of 5 seconds, instead of 2.5, and Healing Potency of 450, versus 400.
    - Rejuvenating Waltz now has a recast of 5 seconds, instead of 3, and a Healing Potency of 650, versus 500.
    - Captivating Waltz now has a recast of 6 seconds, instead of 5, and a Healing Potency of 200, instead of 300.
    - Carnival Waltz now has a recast of 5 seconds, instead of 3.
    - Healing Waltz now has a recast of 4 seconds, instead of 2.5.
    - Presto now has a recast of 90 seconds, instead of 60.
    - My Hero now has a recast of 100 seconds, instead of 15.


    Dancer
    - Grand Pas now only effects Party Members within 5 yalms of the user, versus 10 yalms.
    - Magical Masque can no longer effect other Preformers, Dancers, and/or Idols.
    - Mystic Waltz no longer effects the user.
    - Resplendence now only effects Party Members within 5 yalms of the target, instead of 10 yalms.

    Idol
    - Box Step has a Potency of 100, instead of 140, and no longer has a chance to grant a Flourish Stack.
    - Reverse Jive only restores 40 TP per Flourish stack used, instead of 50.

    just had a thought, similar to Ninja's Mudras, dancer could have some "dance moves" that work similarly, and based no the order, have different effects

    I agree that dancer should be included as a Healer/support role in this game. I have not read over the OP's entire post or updates but I intend to as I would like them to be included in FF14. TBH I really wanted them to have a primary and off-hand weapons for this class. Men and women both could use fans/tambourines as primary could and the off-hand weapon could be female a sash of some kind and for men their off-hand weapon could be a staff (I'm think a metallic version of the Bo).

    I thought that the dances in theory could be tweaked as per gender, where as most can be universal, depending what SE chooses to get the dances from. But They could get an ability similar to cleric stance, where their primary weapon would become secondary (off-hand weapon) with a damage increase.

    I had alot of ideas for the way this Job could work, but had not gotten around to looking at mechanics etc and putting it down on paper.

    Also, I had thought of staffs as a weapon choice once but then I thought they didn't fit FF's mythos other then XII:RW and TA2's Penelo, who uses magic.
