    I think part of the point there was to prevent it from becoming obsolete. New players should still get to play through that part of the game. We should get to go through the whole process of collecting i55 gear, then i70 gear, then i90 gear and so on, just like players who got to that point earlier were able to. Just because some other players have already completed the earlier endgame content is no reason why newer players shouldn't get a chance to do it as well. It's only obsolete to those who have already been there, done that.

    Right; I guess the core argument is that I think it'd be better if new level 50s could get 10-20 ilvl a week, instead of an instant 40 ilvl in 4 hours. That way the dungeons, HM primals, etc. could be a more relevant part of the experience (especially if they get sync'd). At the same time, they'd would still be able to catch up in a reasonable timeframe, during which they'd see steady progress, be able to do tougher dungeons etc.
