I'm a new player and I suppose I am fortunate but the Hunts are rather organized on my server. I guess it's like a lot of other things in MMOs: many of the group stuff (or zerg stuff, if you will) usually comes down to how people receive it and utilize it. Of course people are going to zerg anything that resembles a world boss (sorry if my WoW is showing, lol).

To me, and remember I did not play this for its first year except for the CB: gotta have some way for newer folks to catch up so that whenever the level cap is increased they don't feel too badly behind. I dunno, I think the organized hunting on my server is a pretty good thing, people seem to be willing to announce and then wait to group up. But it's probably not like that everywhere; years of MMOs have shown me that.

I happen to be looking forward to smashing out hunts because they will allow me to have some level of gear so that I can start earning better stuff.
