I'm just getting back after a long break, so I don't know the history or dynamics here, but it sure does seem like they've made all those dungeons irrelevant.
While I appreciate the need for new level 50s to be able to catch up, I'd hate to have to tell a new lvl 50 it's best to just do hunting and ignore the rest of the game.

Would a set of changes like this be about right?

- Lower price of seal-only gear to something sane
- Increase price of i90 gear to 150-120-80 (from 40-30-20)
- Slow spawn rate of rank A elites to 6-8 hours
- Add a weekly seal cap (200-250?)
- Double the number of chests in the i60-80 drop 4-man dungeons
- Consider ilvl sync on these dungeons

I think the ideal should be for a new lvl 50 to want to run each dungeon maybe two or three times, and not be completely ezmode carried in doing so. If hunting alone got you to i90 in four weeks instead of four hours, supplementing it with dungeons / tomes could get people there in maybe two weeks or so.
