Only the zones. Spawn location within the zone is generally random.

But they still spawn in the same areas and it's random which one they will appear in. I would like to know if there is something that lists the map coordinates as well.

The elites can pretty much spawn wherever they want to. They have set spawn coords yes, but some can vary between twenty different coordinates so it's pointless keeping track. Some have far less spawn points, like hellsclaw never spawning in costa de sol and always in the wineport area.
