    Suggestion for Hunts - "Hunting License"

    My suggestion to improve the current hunt system:

    The hunt master in each zone will now sell a unique untradeable item called "Hunting License" specific for that zone - costing 300 myths. This license entitles you to kill a single B, A, and S mob in that zone. If you do not possess this license or have already killed the specific-rank mob on your current license, you cannot even attack the target. If you want to hunt the mobs in that zone again, you will need to purchase another license. You must purchase a license for each zone you want to hunt in.

    "Reset" of mob can only occur if the mob has not been attacked for 10 seconds. HP reset will not occur as long as at least one eligible person is attacking it.

    Really? This is "complicated" to you lol? Seems pretty simple and straightforward to me. I'm guessing your "simple" solutions involve "caps",etc. - but I think a lot of people are getting tired of all the artificial "caps" that are already in place in this game currently.

    I believe my suggestion would solve a lot of the current problems immediately. By associating a cost to hunts, people won't be able to spam hunts non-stop without doing other content to replenish myths. Requiring a hunting license per zone would pretty much eliminate the mass teleportation of roaming zerg-mobs from zone to zone. I think hunting would become more in line with what hunting was initially envisioned to be.

    Heh, I kind of like the Hunting License idea. If you want to take it into a more realistic direction, make it so killing things "out of season" or "over your limit" gets your a fine, penalty, or suspension of license XD Sure, it's a lockout and cap system respectively, but hidden behind different words and concepts.

    a simple solution it to use what we have already ingame like:

    - hunting log (create a version for Hunt target only)
    - rare target from leves
    - boss FATE

    it was soo simple to avoid the zergfest we have now... by simply add more than one way to get the mark. it seems SE miss the point that most server are overpopulated...
    oh, by the way, for me when you create a feature for function in a way, and people are forced to do it differently, this feature is a FAILURE!
    the fact that we are forced to zerg prey for hope have some credit when they are means to be killed in group of 4,8, many group (i still wait to know how many group for the S) it's for me a huge failure in the feature.

    the fact they can't admit that the hunt was waited by the whole community as a new main activity that can be done instead of dungeon and raid, it's... silly.

    Why is everyone TRYING to "fix" hunts?

    It is not broken. The fact that YOU can not enjoy hunting or can not tag mobs in time or are always too late for a specific hunt does NOT mean it is broken.

    Are hunts a bit too overpowered when we look at the rewards? Hell yes they are ... but the system is NOT broken if you know what you are doing.

    I too like the way the hunts are. I hope they leave it alone and just make the Hunts more visible when more people join. That's the only fix needed, in my opinion.

    tell me, why do you think SE allow myth drop from NM and sand & oil ? it is to catch up for the next patch for ppl who dont do coil for ppl who do coil & dont get drop & for ppl to catch up on novus. And here your suggest is going backward. So in my opinion it is stupid. Ad insult other ppl intelligent for call your idea stupid is very intelligent indeed
