Duty finder - Front line - problems

There are lot of issues regarding the Front line-duty finder.

it doesn't follow a rule but it seems random and now I explicate why.

-Me and some of my fc have tested the duty finder regarding the Front lines.. result:
We joined in 6 = 45 minutes of waiting time so we disbanded and joined alone.. after 1 min we were all in the same party.

-IF the alliances are not full, the person that join it the moment that the fight start is able to join an alliance and fill it = this person have the priority compared to those who are already waiting the front lines. it means that re-queuing every minute makes things faster.
I also did other test about that.
I had a time wait of : 12 minutes with "join party in progress" active, I restart the queue and It sent me on a front line started 1 minute before.
What it means? I had the higher priority compared to those who are already on queues.

I'm sorry for my English, and please test it too because we must find a solution, it isn't fair.

I'm in the same FC of Clef, and yep what we tried so far isn't fair at all for a group of 4 or more ppl.
If you play and join the frontline alone, the queue is really fast like 5-7 mins Max.
But if you make a group of 4 or more ppl (you know this is an MMO and is supposed to play together with other people), then the wait is very long! it can even reach 50 or more mins to join a Frontline.

And what's even more annoying is the fact that if someone try to join the queue ALONE 30 minutes after us, then he/she will enter the Frontline before us!!!
